• You are free to cancel your order up to 7 days after it's been delivered.

Shipping & Packing Costs

• Shipping and package costs are FREE for our UK customers.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Goods

• We will arrange for the goods to be collected/replaced at our expense.

Products Returned after exceeding cancellation period

• We are unlikely to accept returns after the cancellation period, however please contact us if you feel you have extenuating circumstances.

Returns Process

• If you would like to return a product please contact me at anthony@twattags.co.uk. I'll provide you with a return address. After the return has been received a refund will be returned to your payment method within 5 working days.
